Like every swimming club in the country, Linslade Crusaders in run entirely by Volunteers, so here is your chance to Get Involved !
From coaches, background admin, helpers and official at galas, the club relies on a steady supply of ready and willing volunteers to get involved to make sure the club continues to run smoothly and to enable our children to participate in the sport they love.
To put it bluntly, without volunteers there would be no club. There are a number of roles that we encourage parents to undertake, from helping at our splash galas every few months, to regular admin tasks to those who are willing to go the extra mile and qualify as a coach or official.
We are a friendly bunch and welcome all offers of help with open arms and will support you in whichever roles you feel you can help with.

Helping Poolside at splash Galas
There are many roles poolside, organising swimmers, computer desk.
Door/Raffle
Helping to run the door and raffle at Splash Galas and Club Events
General Club Admin
There are many roles around the club which you can get involved with.
Timekeeper
Timekeep poolside at club events, training given.
Teaching/Coaching
Come poolside and learn to teach/coach and support the swimmers. Full mentoring & training given.
Team Manager
Help poolside at licenced swimming galas, team manager training given
Club Certificate Writer
Admin of writing Club Certificates rewarding members for any club & championship records
Club Secretary
The Club Secretary is key to the smooth running of the club. They provide a main point of contact for administration, information and communication. Attend monthly meetings, prepare notes and support the Club Chair.
Kit Officer
Co-ordinator of club uniforms and branded equipment. Involves ordring kit and co-ordinating the sale and supply with members.
Open Meet Promoter
Main point of contact for the clubs open meet.
